A few baby shower items
The diaper bag is very large, I created the bag pattern myself after seeing something similar at a sewing center. The wipe case is covered with the same fabric as the bag, if you search on Youtube for "diaper wipe case" you will find many videos on how to cover these. The last item is the burping towel, this is basically a prefolded diaper that I fold a little smaller and add the decorative fabric on the top and bottom.
I still have a few more items to complete, one will be a diaper cake...it is turning out really cute! I can't wait to show you it!
Then, of course, I had to create a card for the shower.
I used my Gypsy to design this card, it was super easy. Using the "New Arrival" cart, I selected the baby buggy image. I copied and flipped the image and then welded together to create the card. I cut the layers out of blue, blue gingham and grey cardstock and inked the edges. I added a bow and a stamped a baby sentiment from PTI's Bitty Baby set. I also added some highlights with my white gel pen.
Well, I'm off to create some more items......thanks for looking and have a wonderful day!

Project Tuesday - Spiral Card
For my card, I used my new cricut cart "Create a Critter"! I just love this cart it has soooo many possibilities!
I started with Bazzel cardstock and the designer paper is from a new paper pad from HL. I cut the words Happy birthday, and the presents with my cricut. I didn't have any ribbon to match the Bazzel cardstock, then I remembered the tip I received during my Copic certification class...take white ribbon and color it with your Copics...to make a custom ribbon color! So that what I did! I love that idea! Now for the fun part of the card......
When you open up the card it has a spiral piece of cardstock with some additional embellishments on the inside! Don't you just love that little "party snake" He is sooo darn cute! I just had to add him to the inside of this card....and the sentiment is from a new stamp set I purchased from Inkadinkado called "kid quotes". It is a super stamp sent with quotes from kids!
If you have time, be sure to stop by Project Tuesday and check out the other design team members cards! and play along! We would love to see what you create!

New Page layout using Robotz cartridge
So, I got busy creating this layout highlighting my oldest grandson, Coy.
I really like how this turned out...the paper is from HL, The Paper Studio, it fit this cartridge so well!
I am using my gypsy to design my layouts, this makes it soooo easy to change things up if I don't like what I created. Once I have the layout design finished, then all I do is cut away! I will try to do a video on this technique in a few days..I just don't have time today...By the way, the Robotz cart does have a lot of little layering pieces...so be ready to spend some time putting these cute little guys together...but I think they are worth it!
The title "Bolts about you" I created also on my gypsy using the font and font shadow images from the Robotz cart. I welded the letters together and then welded the shadow images as well, I can show you how to do that on the video also..it is very easy.
Well, I'm off to my very busy day...thanks for looking and have a wonderful weekend!

Scallop border is from Straight from the nest 2 images sized at 5.94 x 1.00 welded together to make a longer border
Lets hang out is from Create a Critter cut at 4.20 x 3.43 as well as the Lets word cut in another color

New card from Once Upon a Princess
This is the butterfly image from the cart, I cut the image at 2 3/4 and the layer behind the image is also from the cart. I cut the layer at 2 3/4 also, it was a little long on each side, so I just snipped off a bit. The cute little sentiment is from Lauren Meaders stamps set.
Thanks for looking everyone, and have a great day!

Project Tuesday - Card Purse
We are making a Card Purse!!!
This card purse holds up to 4 cards and envelopes. I decided to start of making the card purse using SU close to cocoa cardstock, the designer paper is from Basic Grey and the stamps are from Waltzingmouse.
I colored the images with my Copics and added some brown felt I cut with my Cuttlebug and scallop nestie and layered behind the cute little bird image, then I cut matching paper from Basic Grey using my nestie labels frame and cut both the designer paper and chip board, and layered the paper on top of the chip board for a thicker look.
I created my cards to match the card purse using a different stamp image from the set.
This was super easy to make, so give it a try. You can find the directions at Project Tuesday and while you are there, be sure to take a peek at the other design team members projects they are awesome!
Thanks for looking and have a great day!

Ok, now for something REALLY cute! My granddaughter! This picture was taken of Brooklyn this past weekend...isn't she a doll! I really have wanted to get back into my scrapbooking.....seems I have spent a lot of time on cardmaking lately and I really miss scrapbooking. So, I decided to use my Cricut 100% on this page! I just love how it turned out!
Also, I received my new "Create a Critter" cart today!!!! and I was sooo excited, it is so darn cute that I just had to use it on this layout! Here are the carts I used for this layout:
Create a Critter for the flowers and butterfly
Just Because cards for the sentiment
Easter 2010 for the lacy border
George and Basic Shapes for the circle
Home Decor for the Florish
Gypsy Wanderings for the Scallop frame

It is a Diaper Pouch Card!
Isn't this cute!!!! It was so super easy to make and fun to do!
For my card, I used SU cardstock for the pouch. The flower image is from PTI, which I colored with my Copics. For the card tucked inside the pouch I used my new stamp from Lauren Meader, My Time Made Easy, and added a sentiment from one of my PTI sets.

New Sketch challenge at the OCC!
For my card, I chose to cut my circle and scallop from my Cricut. I used my Gypsy and selected a circle from "Preserves" cart and the scallop came from "Tie the Knot" cart. I believe there are several carts now that have the circle and the scallop..so if you don't have the ones I used, look thru the ones you have!
I sized the circle at 5.50 on my Gypsy, copied it so I have 2 and welded them together to make the card base. The scallop circle is cut at 5.00 so it layered inside the circle. Super easy!
The stamps are from PTI as well as the cardstock and designer paper. I colored in the flowers and leaves with my Copics and added a little distressed stickles in the center.
I hope you have a few minutes to check out the other Design Team members samples today, they are really super!
Thanks for looking and have a wonderful day!
