Now, I hadn't heard of this type of card before, so this was a really fun one to make! The directions are very simple and it really turns out cute!!!
For my card, I used the new cupcake image from PTI Baby Buttons Bits.
This card has a little surprise built into it...when you pull it open....
Up pops the "wiper" part of the card! Isn't that cute!
